Supply Chain Manager - Disruptive Materials

Disruptive Materials is in a strong expansion phase and are now recruiting a Supply Chain Manager. We are seeking to strengthen our management team and develop our supply chain & logistics functions to meet a rapidly growing customer demand in an exciting and expanding market. The role

As a member of Disruptive Materials' management team, the supply chain manager carries overall responsibility for the daily operations as well as the long term strategic development of production, sourcing and the supply chain.
The manager is responsible for securing cost-effective production of Upsalite, Disruptive Materials' proprietary product to achieve timely deliveries to our customers.  You are accountable for the financials of the sourcing, production, and supply chain operations.  You will run and develop a network of suppliers and contract manufacturers, and are responsible for the development and implementation of the long-term manufacturing strategy,  supporting continued growth.  

Your profile

You will need to have at least four years of experience as a supply chain manager and preferably working with contract manufacturers. You will bring that experience with you in planning and manage the overall sourcing and supply chain activities. You are well familiar with supply management systems. You are structured and have strong organizational skills and have a hands-on prestigeless approach. As a colleague, you are helpful and unpretentious and always work with strong integrity and commitment to our customers and contract manufactures.
